Barnet reach the last 16 in Europe
A good week for the Barnet PFYC team. After finishing 5th in the UK Premier, for our 16th (out of a possible 19) Euro appearance in 2008, Barnet knocked out both Lokeren of Belgium and Hammarby of Sweden, before losing to eventual Euro champions Eintracht Frankfurt in the last 16. Congratulations to UK compatriots Hull City, who reached the final, the first UK side to do so for many months.
