On Sky

Barnet head into this London derby against a high-in-confidence Daggers side ready to show what they’ve got in front of sky cameras.

The last time these two teams met in this fixture live on sky was just three years ago when the Bees thrashed their hosts 5-2 in a thrilling encounter, Nicky Bailey scoring what turned out to be goal of the season in the Conference. Stunning goalscorer Jason Puncheon will be looking to do the same. And if he does score, you can put all your money on it being spectacular.

Vital Quotes:

Dagenham & Redbridge Team News:

Captain Anwar Uddin faces a late fitness test along with Jon Nurse who picked up a hamstring injury.

Paul Benson will start, him being the hero as the Daggers earned this first, and an impressive, victory of Lincoln City last week along with a excellent performance againt Southend in midweek.

Player to watch: Paul Benson – Striker

Is hot on form at the moment and will be the key man to watch from the Barnet perspective on Saturday. Has the ability to play higher up the league ladder and will be looking to illustrate his abilities against the Barnet defence to give the scouts a ‘come and get me’ plea.

Barnet Team News:

Michael Leary – out for seven more weeks with a serious injury – is the only unavailable player, along with Giuliano Grazioli who has joined AFC Wimbledon on loan.

Neal Bishop will return to the side following his three-match suspension and will replace either Max Porter or Josh Wright in the engineroom, with the latter likely to be the victim despite a good performance against Bradford last week.

Apart from that, expect an unchanged side with Jason Norville possibly being given a place on the bench.

Likely Line-up (4-4-2):

GK: Harrison

RB: Devera
CB: Burton
CB: Yakubu (c)
LB: Gillet

RM: Carew
CM: Bishop
CM: Porter
LM: Puncheon

ST: Thomas
ST: Birchall

Subs: Beckwith, O’Cearuill, Seanla, Wright, Hatch

Player to watch: Jason Puncheon – Left-Winger
