Barnet let a two-goal lead slip as they bowed out of the FA Cup following a 3-2 defeat after extra time at Rochdale on Tuesday night.

John O’Flynn (10) gave Barnet a dream start as he put them ahead early on and less than half way through the first half Albert Adomah (19) extended this lead to put the guests in the driving seat. Adam Le Fondre (56) brought Rochdale back into the tie shortly after the break and with time running out Le Fondre (73) equalised to send the match into extra time.

On the stroke of half time in extra time Le Fondre (105) chipped home to not only complete his hat-trick, and a remarkable comeback, but to send the home side into the 2nd round of the FA Cup.

How disappointed are you at Barnet’s FA Cup exit, especially as they let a two-goal lead slip.
