Barnet survival hopes were given a massive boost on Saturday afternoon with a home victory over AFC Wimbledon.

A Ricky Holmes (33) goal just after the half hour mark had given Barnet a lead, which was taken into the half time break.

The visitors couldn’t get back into the game and three goals in the final 10-minutes from Sam Deering (81), Ben May (86) and an injury-time strike from Mark Hughes (90+2) completed a 4-0 win for The Bees.

Victory in Barnet’s final game of the season will ensure league two survival regardless as to what Hereford do!
