Norwich defender Jon Otsemobor says the Canaries must be prepared when Barnet visit this evening for the Carling Cup first round.

Otsemobor told BBC Norfolk Radio: ‘To be fair, I don’t really know much about Barnet. But I know they’ve got nothing to lose coming to play us and we need to be on our toes, definately.’

The last time Norwich played the Bees was in this same tie ten years ago when the Canaries were 3-1 ahead on aggregate but in a twenty minute spell Norwich threw away their advantage and it cost them the game, Barnet sailing through the next round.
