The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Newport County on Boxing Day.

Barnet host Newport County on Saturday December 26 for the game at The Hive and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Tim Robinson
Linesmen: Paul Hobday and Christopher Husband
Fourth Official: Marc Wilson

Match Day referee Robinson (West Sussex) has officiated one Barnet game this season – the one nil loss to Yeovil in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy back in September. In that game he showed six yellows, two to Barnet.

He has however already taken in 20 other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and Football divisions, he has handed out a total of 76 yellow cards and one red card.

He was most card happy in the match between Brentford and Preston on September 19 with a total of seven yellows being shown.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
