Barnet’s League 2 season gets underway against Leyton Orient at the Matchroom Stadium on Saturday to kick-off the 2015/16 season; which will of course see expectations high that under Martin Allen the Bees can continue the momentum from the Conference winning season last term.

Leyton Orient dropped into League 2 last season with plenty of changes seen over the summer, one arrival former West Ham striker Paul McCallum (injury and illness) is doubtful. O’s boss Ian Hendon does have near fully strength squad to select from though.

Alan Dunne, Fraser Shaw, Sammy Moore and Blair Turgott could all make their Orient debuts.

Allen too had a ‘near fully-fit squad’ to pick from upon the Bees’ return to the Football League with Kevin Lisbie and Shaun Batt both hoping to feature against their former side, the former might have to do with a place on the bench.

Free agent arrival, with this confirmed earlier this week, Michael Nelson should come into the Barnet defence for his debut.

The full fixtures this weekend are:-

Wimbledon v Plymouth
Accrington v Luton
Bristol Rovers v Northampton
Cambridge v Newport
Exeter v Yeovil
Hartlepool v Morecambe
Leyton Orient v Barnet
Mansfield v Carlisle
Oxford v Crawley
Portsmouth v Dagenham & Redbridge
Stevenage v Notts County
Wycombe v York City

It goes without saying the Bees will be ‘be hopeful’ of a positive result but will we get this?

Whatever the line up the boss goes with expectancy will be high but ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of three ways….

Barnet win
Leyton Orient win

Not only do we want you to cast your vote, which you do to your right, we’re also looking for your thoughts and views too so do share some of those with your comments below.
