As you’d expect, or at least hope, Mark Robson remains “very confident” that he can turn things around for Barnet.

Following eight defeats from ten games, including seven from their last eight, The Bees sit rock bottom of league two.

Robson, appointed over the summer, is going to “keep fighting” to get the club climbing the table: ‘I’m still very confident.

‘It’s tough at the moment, we’re not getting the rub of the green. Against Exeter we hit the post, on Saturday we had a man sent off, it’s just not happening at the moment.

‘But I’m going to keep on fighting, I want to see the club move up the table.’

This is all Robson can, although you can’t help but feel that if something doesn’t give soon then perhaps the axe will fall with him carrying the can!
