Bristol Rovers 2-1 Barnet

A dramatic end to the game at Bristol Rovers’ Memorial Stadium on Friday night saw Barnet suffer a last gasp defeat.

In-form Bristol Rovers had the better of the first half, but neither side could force a breakthrough before the break.

Edgar Davids showed his class with an effort that almost put Barnet in the lead in the second half, however it was the hosts that broke the deadlock late on when Fabian Broghammer (78) scored.

With defeat likely for Barnet, moments after a poor miss, Harry Crawford (90) scored a dramatic late equaliser for The Bees with it looking like a point had been rescued.

Bristol Rovers had other ideas though and deep into injury-time Ryan Brunt (90+3) struck a winner to give them a 2-1 victory.
