Barnet collected their first points of the season with a midweek draw at Underhill against Bristol Rovers.

Liam O’Brien made this possible with a number of fine saves to ensure The Bees drew 1-1.

This has brought praise from Mark Robson with him hopeful that confidence can be gained from this by the young keeper: ‘Liam was outstanding and he made a lot of very good saves for us.

‘He can be really pleased with his performance. Hopefully he can take some confidence from that into the next game.’

O’Brien will need to be at his best this season and if he is this could make all the difference between success and failure for The Bees.
