Mark Stimson’s side dropped to sixth without playing on Tuesday night, but with Wycombe, Bury and Rochdale still to play, the Gills know that wins all the way will secure promotion.

But first up comes Barnet – and they will provide a tough test. They showed that with a 1-1 draw at Wycombe on Tuesday night – and they will be keen for more of the same at Priestfield.

They have not won away from home in 2009 and have just three away wins all season, but they – much like Grimsby two weeks ago – are still fighting for league survival.
