Paul Fairclough is contemplating bringing in a defender on loan to cope with Barnet’s injuries.

Ismail Yakubu has been struggling with a long-term groin problem, and he now also has a problematic blister. Should he not make it through Mark Stein’s assessment then manager Fairclough is toying with a loan signing before the weekend: ‘We would be stretched at the back again if Ismail is unfit,’ Fairclough told the official website.
