Dean Brill has signed a 1-year contract with Barnet after a successful trial.

Released by Oldham this summer, Brill also had a trial spell with Yeovil; the 25-year-old impressed Lawrie Sanchez, who was more than happy with his arrival, suitably to be given a contract.

As well as the contract Brill has also been handed the no.1 shirt, which would appear to mean he will start the season ahead of youngster Liam O’Brien, who was awarded no.18.
