Lawrie Sanchez has once again, as he had earlier in the week, highlighted the importance of Barnet tightening up defensively.

The Barnet manager is sure that survival can be achieved this season but for this The Bees need to tighten up at the back: ‘naivety at times costs us but that comes with having a very young team.

‘We have enough ability in this side and show good things.

‘We need to get back to keeping clean sheets. We had conceded three in seven games but have now let in four in the last two.’

Barnet have lost back-to-back games 2-1 although they remain six points, and five places, above the drop zone.
